Restore the ''import "unsafe'' removed in 36daedf35f.

This was causing build failures with tools dependent on Flatbuffers in Go.
E.g.
go/src/github.com/google/flatbuffers/go/sizes.go:50: undefined: unsafe in unsafe.Pointer
