[C++] Add mutable version of LookupByKey and test (#6826)

* [C++] Add mutable version of LookupByKey and test

This adds an overload of LookupByKey to allow lookup in sorted Vectors to
return a mutable instance of the object (or nullptr if not found).

* Fix naming
